## Biography

Patrick Capone is a cinematographer. He attended the NYU graduate film programme and early in his career assisted and operated for cinematographers including Néstor Almendros, László Kovács and Michael Chapman.

Capone has been a cinematographer on the HBO series *Succession* (2018–2023). His other television credits as director of photography include *Alpha House* (2013–2014), *State of Affairs* (2014) and *Little Voice* (2020). He has worked as second-unit director of photography or camera operator on feature films including *The Greatest Showman* (2017), *The Big Short* (2015), *Argo* (2012) and *American Hustle* (2013). He was elected to the American Society of Cinematographers in 2023.
