Patrick Harbinson is a television writer and producer. He has written episodes of *ER* (1994), *24* (2001), *Person of Interest* (2011) and *Homeland* (2011), and served as co-executive producer or executive producer on several of these series.

His other writing credits include episodes of *Law & Order: Special Victims Unit* (1999), *Dark Angel* (2000), *Millennium* (1996), *Wire in the Blood* (2002), *Lewis* (2007) and *The Tower* (2021), for which he was also executive producer. He created the series *Fearless* (2017) and *Kidnap and Ransom* (2011), and formed the production company Windhover Films in 2021.
