Patrick O'Connor is an American animation professional who works as a writer, storyboard artist, songwriter and designer.

He worked at Disney Television Animation as a writer, storyboard artist and songwriter on the series *Phineas and Ferb* (2007), with additional credits on the special *Phineas and Ferb: Star Wars* (2014). His other credits include design and art direction roles on *Mickey Mouse* shorts, *The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse*, *Hamster & Gretel* and *Curious George: Royal Monkey*.
