Patrick Schumacker is a television writer, producer and director. He is co-showrunner and executive producer of the ABC series *Abbott Elementary* (2021–), working alongside Justin Halpern and series creator Quinta Brunson. He has also directed an episode of the series.

With Halpern, Schumacker co-created the animated series *Harley Quinn* (2019–) and its spin-off *Kite Man: Hell Yeah!* (2024). His other credits include writing episodes of *iZombie* (2015), *Cougar Town* (2009) and *Powerless* (2017), and co-creating the series *Surviving Jack* (2014) and *$#*! My Dad Says* (2010). He has received multiple Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series for his work on *Abbott Elementary*.
