Paul Allen is a British production designer. He worked on the BBC science fiction series *Doctor Who* (1963), serving as designer on the stories *The Seeds of Death* (1969), *Spearhead from Space* (1970) and *Horror of Fang Rock* (1977).

He also worked on the science fiction series *Blake's 7* (1978–1981) and contributed to many other BBC television programmes, including *Rosie* (1977–1981), *No Place Like Home* (1983–1986), *Miss Marple* (1985) and *In Sickness and in Health* (1986).
