Paul Anka is a Canadian-American singer, songwriter and actor. Born in Ottawa, Ontario, he achieved early success as a teenage recording artist before appearing in films and on television.

His acting credits include the role of a U.S. Army Ranger in *The Longest Day* (1962). He has also played versions of himself in series such as *That '70s Show* (1998), *Gilmore Girls* (2000) and *Las Vegas* (2003), and appeared in films including *Captain Ron* (1992) and *3000 Miles to Graceland* (2001).
