Paul Collins is a British actor born in London on 25 July 1937. He provided the voice of John Darling in the 1953 Walt Disney animated film *Peter Pan*.

Collins began acting as a child in England and moved to the United States in 1947. His film credits include *Dave* (1993) as Secretary of the Treasury, *Art School Confidential* (2006), and *Evan Almighty* (2007) as Congressman Stamp. On television he has appeared in *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* (1993), *ER* (1994), *Sons of Anarchy* (2008–2010), *Elementary* (2012–2018), and had a recurring role as SecNav Alexander Nelson on *JAG* (1995–2005). He was active from 1949 to 2018.
