Paul Cooper is a British actor. He is best known for playing Martin Mucklowe in the BBC mockumentary series *This Country* (2017–2020).

The role was Cooper's first acting credit. He is the father of the series' creators and stars, Daisy May Cooper and Charlie Cooper, and the brother of actor Trevor Cooper, who plays Len Clifton in the series.
