## Biography

Paul Goldsmith is an American cinematographer, also credited as Paul H. Goldsmith. He has worked on feature films, documentaries and television, and is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers.

Goldsmith served as one of the cinematographers on the documentary *When We Were Kings* (1996). He was second unit director of photography on *The Lost Boys* (1987) and director of photography on *A Shock to the System* (1990). Other credits include the documentaries *Soul Power* (2008) and *Command and Control* (2016), and episodes of the television series *American Experience* (1998–2017). He has received a Primetime Emmy Award.
