Paul W. He, also credited as Paul He and 何文海, is an actor and producer. He trained at the Screenwise Film & TV School for Actors in Sydney, Australia.

He is known for his role as Chancellor Hui in *Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings* (2021). Other credits include the Student Boyfriend in *Sleeping Beauty* (2011), Geming Bai in the series *Chosen* (2018), a Mongol Soldier in *Marco Polo* (2016), and Detective Yang in *S.W.A.T.* (2019). He has appeared in numerous Australian television series and films since the early 2000s.
