Paul Kelly was an American actor. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he began his career as a child performer on stage and in silent films around 1906, later appearing in numerous Broadway productions through the 1920s and 1930s.

His film roles included supporting parts in *The Roaring Twenties* (1939), *Tarzan's New York Adventure* (1942), *Crossfire* (1947) and *The High and the Mighty* (1954). He also worked in television. In 1948 he won a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play for his performance in *Command Decision*.
