Paul Kember is a Scottish actor and writer. He was born on 25 November 1947 in Edinburgh.

He is known for his film roles as Sergeant McManus in *An American Werewolf in London* (1981), Ginger in *The Long Good Friday* (1980) and Second Pickpocket in *The First Great Train Robbery* (1978). Kember wrote the screenplay for *Not Quite Paradise* (1985), adapted from his play *Not Quite Jerusalem*. His television credits include a recurring role as George Ward in the series *Common As Muck* (1994–1997).
