Paul Lynch (born 11 June 1946) is an English-born Canadian film and television director. He began his career directing television commercials and second-unit work before making his feature debut with *The Hard Part Begins* (1973).

Lynch directed the slasher film *Prom Night* (1980) and subsequently focused on episodic television, helming episodes of series including *Moonlighting* (1985), *Star Trek: The Next Generation* (1987), *Star Trek: Deep Space Nine* (1993), *Xena: Warrior Princess* (1995) and *Sliders* (1995). He received three Gemini Award nominations and a Directors Guild of America Award nomination.
