Paul Nevens (1912–2006) was an American actor. He appeared in the Woody Allen film *Zelig* (1983) as Dr. Birsky, as well as in *Shaft* (1971) as the Elevator Man and *The Reincarnation of Peter Proud* (1975) as the Room Clerk.

He had earlier stage credits on Broadway, including roles in the 1938–1939 productions of *Abe Lincoln in Illinois* and *Hamlet*.
