Paul Sanchez is an American actor, also credited as Paul Miceli-Sanchez. He is a native of Los Angeles and has Mexican-American and Native-American heritage. After attending the University of Hawaii on an athletic scholarship, where he earned two degrees, he studied acting at the Stella Adler Conservatory in New York on a full scholarship.

Sanchez began his screen career in the mid-1980s. He is known for playing Doc in *Platoon* (1986) and Ramon in *Cast Away* (2000). Other credits include *Born on the Fourth of July* (1989), *Navy Seals* (1990), *True Blood* (2008), *Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* (2013) and *Revenge* (2011). He has also worked as a director, writer and producer, including on the documentaries *Platoon: Brothers in Arms* (2018) and *This Is Me* (2024).
