## Biography

Paul Tomalin is a British television screenwriter. Born on 12 November 1971 in England, he is credited as a writer on the Channel 4 series *Shameless* (2009), for which he also served as story editor on the sixth series.

His other credits include the *Torchwood* episode "They Keep Killing Suzie" (2006), co-written with Dan McCulloch; contributions to *No Offence* (2015–2018); and episodes of *The Frankenstein Chronicles* (2017). He created, wrote and executive produced the Netflix miniseries *Bodies* (2023), adapted from a graphic novel. In 2026 it was announced that he would adapt Stephen King's short story "Crouch End" for Amazon Prime Video.
