Paul Wayne (born Paul Weinberg) is a Canadian screenwriter. Born on 17 January 1932 in Toronto, he wrote episodes for numerous American television series from the 1960s onwards.

His credits include work on *Bewitched* (1964), *The Andy Griffith Show* (1960), *All in the Family* (1971) and *Benson* (1979). With writing partner George Burditt, he contributed to the first three seasons of *Three's Company* (1977) and episodes of *Sanford and Son* (1972). He also wrote sketches for variety series including *The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour*, for which he received an Emmy Award in 1969, and *The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour*.
