Paul Welsh is a producer based in Glasgow, Scotland. He founded DigiCult in 2001 and continues to lead on development and production for the company.

His feature credits as producer include *Skeletons* (2010), which won the Michael Powell Award at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and received BAFTA and BIFA nominations, and *Lore* (2012). He also produced the documentary *Lost in France* (2016). Welsh has produced numerous short films and animations, several of which won BAFTA Scotland awards.
