Paula Giokaris was an American costume designer and wardrobe assistant. Born Pauline Giokaris on 24 November 1920 in Kansas City, Missouri, she worked in Hollywood from the 1950s and died on 21 January 2002 in Palm Desert, California.

Her film credits include wardrobe on *Anatomy of a Murder* (1959) and *The Fortune Cookie* (1966), and costume design on *Lord Love a Duck* (1966). She also contributed to television, serving as costume designer on episodes of *The Wild Wild West* (1967–1968) and as costumer on *Remington Steele* (1982–1983). She created costume sketches for actors including Rock Hudson and Yul Brynner.
