Paula Woolsey is a British writer and teacher. She contributed to the science-fiction series *Doctor Who* (1963), credited under the pseudonym Paula Moore for the 1985 serial *Attack of the Cybermen*.

Woolsey's studies of seventeenth-century London architecture inspired the 1982 serial *The Visitation*, written by her then-ex-boyfriend Eric Saward. She later submitted two further story ideas to the series, neither of which was produced. Accounts differ regarding the extent of her involvement in *Attack of the Cybermen*, with some sources indicating assistance from Saward and continuity adviser Ian Levine.
