Pauline Lynch is a Scottish actress. She played Lizzy in the film *Trainspotting* (1996) and reprised the role in *T2 Trainspotting* (2017). She trained at Rose Bruford College.

Her other screen credits include the television mini-series *Attila* (2001) as Galen, an episode of *Outlander* (2015), and *Lockerbie: A Search for Truth* (2025) as Dr Francesca Gregory. Lynch has also worked as a writer, publishing the novels *Armadillos* (2016) and *Wildest of All*.

She is the sister of actress Susan Lynch.
