Pauline Yates was an English actress. She joined Oldham Repertory Theatre after leaving school and made her stage debut at the age of 17 in a dramatisation of Jane Eyre.

Yates is best known for playing Elizabeth Perrin, the wife of the title character, in the BBC sitcom The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin (1976–79). Her other television roles included leading parts in Harriet's Back in Town (1972), My Honourable Mrs (1975) and Keep It in the Family (1980–82).
