Paz de la Huerta, also credited as María de la Paz Elizabeth Sofía Adriana de la Huerta, is an American actress and model. She was born on 3 September 1984 in New York City and began her career as a teenage model before making her film debut in 1998.

She appeared in supporting roles in *The Cider House Rules* (1999) and *A Walk to Remember* (2002). De la Huerta had a lead role in Gaspar Noé's *Enter the Void* (2009) and played Lucy Danziger in the HBO series *Boardwalk Empire* from 2010 to 2011. She later starred in the horror film *Nurse 3D* (2013). She has also worked as a painter.

De la Huerta attended Saint Ann's School in Brooklyn and studied at the Actors Studio.
