Peggy Farrell was an American costume designer. Born in New York on 2 June 1932, she began her career in wardrobe departments in 1971 and worked as a costume designer from the late 1970s until her retirement in 2006.

Her film credits include wardrobe supervision on *Dog Day Afternoon* (1975) and costume design on *The Sentinel* (1977), *Gloria* (1980), *They All Laughed* (1981), *Death Wish 3* (1985) and *Five Corners* (1987). She also designed for television, winning Primetime Emmy Awards for the miniseries *Holocaust* (1978) and *The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles* (1993).

Farrell operated Farrell's Costumes, Ltd., a large costume collection and shop, which she moved from New York to Wilmington, North Carolina, in 1991. She received the Lela Thompson Award for Enduring Contribution to Wilmington Theater in 2018 and died on 29 August 2021.
