## Biography

Peggy Rajski is an American filmmaker and producer. She began her career in production management on John Sayles films including *Lianna* (1983) and went on to produce or co-produce *The Brother from Another Planet* (1984), *Matewan* (1987), *Eight Men Out* (1988), *The Grifters* (1990), *Little Man Tate* (1991) and *Home for the Holidays* (1995).

Rajski directed the 1994 short film *Trevor*, which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film, and two episodes of the television series *ER* in 2003. She founded The Trevor Project, a crisis-intervention organisation for LGBTQ+ youth. Rajski taught producing at New York University and served as dean of the Loyola Marymount University School of Film and Television from 2018 to 2021.
