Penelope Dudley-Ward (also credited as Penelope Dudley Ward) was an English actress. Born Penelope Anne Rachel Dudley Ward on 4 August 1914 in London, she was the elder daughter of Liberal MP William Dudley Ward and socialite Freda Dudley Ward. She appeared in British films from 1935 to 1944.

Her screen roles included Natasha Kovrin in *Moscow Nights* (1935), Toppy LeRoy in *The Citadel* (1938), Sarah Undershaft in *Major Barbara* (1941), Maureen in *In Which We Serve* (1942), Ann Tisdall in *The Demi-Paradise* (1943), and Mrs Perry in *The Way Ahead* (1944). She also worked in theatre before retiring from acting after her second marriage.

She was married first to Anthony Pelissier from 1939 until their divorce in 1944; they had a daughter, actress Tracy Reed. In 1948 she married film director Sir Carol Reed, with whom she had a son, Max Reed. She died in London on 22 January 1982.
