Penney Finkelman Cox is an American film producer. Born in 1951 in Havertown, Pennsylvania, she began her career in live-action, serving as co-producer on *Terms of Endearment* (1983) and *Broadcast News* (1987). She produced *Honey, I Shrunk the Kids* (1989) and *Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael* (1990).

Cox later moved into animation production. She produced DreamWorks' *The Prince of Egypt* (1998) and was executive producer on *Antz* (1998) and *Shrek* (2001). She contributed to the establishment of the DreamWorks Animation division and later worked at Sony Pictures Animation.
