Pernell Walker is an American actress. Born on 19 September 1980 in the Bronx, New York, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from City College and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School.

Walker first appeared in film as Laura in *Pariah* (2011), directed by Dee Rees. Her television roles include Ruby "Thunder Thighs" in *The Deuce* (2017–2019), Grace Campbell in *City on a Hill* (2021–2022), Gina Smith in *When They See Us* (2019), and the SRO Clerk in *RIPLEY* (2024). She has also appeared in *The Butler* (2013) and *The Equalizer* (2021).
