## Biography

Perry Fenwick is an English actor. He was born on 29 May 1962 in Canning Town, London.

He is known for playing Billy Mitchell in the BBC soap opera *EastEnders*, a role he has held since 1998. Earlier credits include the film *Mona Lisa* (1986) and television appearances in *Inspector Morse* (1987) as Jimmy, *The Brittas Empire*, *The Thin Blue Line* and five episodes of *The Bill* as different characters. His first regular television role was in the sitcom *Watching*.

Fenwick trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School. He is the second cousin of actress Georgina Hagen.
