## Biography

Peter Brandt is a Danish film and television editor. He began his career editing commercials and music videos in Denmark before training at the National Danish Film School from 2003.

His feature debut, *Reconstruction* (2003), directed by Christoffer Boe, won the Caméra d’Or at Cannes, the Robert Award for Best Editing and the Young Cinema Award at Venice. Subsequent credits include the BAFTA-winning series *Borgen* (2010), *When Animals Dream* (2014), the *Antboy* films (2013–2016), *April 9th* (2015) and *War Sailor* (2022).

Brandt has also edited numerous commercials and music videos, and has been represented by Work Editorial and Rock Paper Scissors in the US and UK.
