Peter Greene was an American character actor. Born in Montclair, New Jersey, he began acting in his mid-twenties after training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York. His screen debut came in the 1992 independent film *Laws of Gravity*.

Greene gained prominence in 1994 and 1995 with roles including Zed in *Pulp Fiction*, Dorian Tyrrell in *The Mask*, the lead in *Clean, Shaven* and Redfoot in *The Usual Suspects*. He appeared in numerous films and television series, often portraying villains or criminals, with credits including *Under Siege 2: Dark Territory* (1995), *Blue Streak* (1999), *Training Day* (2001), *The Bounty Hunter* (2010) and episodes of *Justified* and *Chicago P.D.*. He continued working as a character actor until his death in 2025.
