## Biography

Peter Jackson was a British cinematographer who worked primarily in television. He served as director of photography on the ITV crime series *A Touch of Frost* from 1992 to 2006, contributing to 37 episodes.

His other credits include the 1979 miniseries *Flambards*, the 2002 series *The Quest*, and episodes of *Jonathan Creek* (1998) and *Micawber* (2001–2002). He also worked on *Hamish Macbeth* and the 2002 television film *Harold Shipman: Doctor Death*.

Jackson died on 12 November 2006 in Harrogate, Yorkshire, England.
