Peter Locke is an American film and television producer. He produced the 1977 horror film *The Hills Have Eyes*, directed by Wes Craven, and is also credited as Arthur King for his acting role in the film. He co-founded the Kushner-Locke Company with Donald Kushner.

Locke has produced numerous films and television projects, including *The Hills Have Eyes Part II* (1985), *The Brave Little Toaster* (1987), *But I'm a Cheerleader* (1999), the 2006 remake of *The Hills Have Eyes* and its 2007 sequel. His early credits include directing *You've Got to Walk It Like You Talk It or You'll Lose That Beat* (1971). He has also produced many television movies, series and direct-to-video titles.
