Peter Merryman is an animation director and former animator. He directed episodes of the series *BoJack Horseman* (2018–2019), *Tuca & Bertie* (2021–2022), *Captain Fall* (2023), *Paradise PD* (2021) and served as supervising director on *Praise Petey* (2023).

Earlier in his career he worked in the animation department on *South Park* (1997–2005), including technical director duties, and contributed animation and writing to *The High Fructose Adventures of Annoying Orange* (2012–2014). He received a Primetime Emmy nomination for assistant director work on *BoJack Horseman*.

He has been married to director Amy Winfrey since 2004.
