## Biography

Peter Walpole is a British production designer and set decorator. He was born in Edmonton, Middlesex, England.

He began his career in set decoration, working on films including *Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace* (1999), *Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones* (2002), *V for Vendetta* (2006), *Speed Racer* (2008), *Cloud Atlas* (2012) and *Jupiter Ascending* (2015). He has collaborated extensively with the Wachowskis, serving as set decorator or art department member on several of their projects before taking production design roles on *Sense8* (2015–2018) and co-production designing *The Matrix Resurrections* (2021) with Hugh Bateup.

His production design credits also include *The Book of Clarence* (2023) and the series *Talamasca: The Secret Order* (2025). He has received a Primetime Emmy nomination and other awards and nominations for his work.
