Phil Sharp (1911–1980) was an American television writer and producer. He wrote episodes for *The Phil Silvers Show* (1955), *I Married Joan* (1952), *Hogan's Heroes* (1965) and *All in the Family* (1971), among other series.

Sharp won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series for his work on *The Phil Silvers Show* and received further nominations. He also served as a producer on programmes including *The Donna Reed Show* and *The Cara Williams Show*.
