Phil Whelans is a British writer, actor and comedian. He has written for television comedy series including *Life of Riley* (additional material, 2010–2011) and *The Amazing World of Gumball* (one episode, 2015).

His acting credits include ensemble roles in *Stupid!* (2004), *It's Kevin* (2013) and *The Stand Up Sketch Show* (2021), as well as voice work such as additional voices in *My Father's Secrets* (2022). He has also directed and appeared in comedy specials and stage productions.
