Philip Remi Øgaard (born 6 April 1948) is a Norwegian cinematographer. He has worked on more than 30 feature films since 1983 and is credited on *Zero Kelvin* (1995), *Kitchen Stories* (2003), *A Somewhat Gentle Man* (2010), *In Order of Disappearance* (2014) and *Cold Pursuit* (2019).

Øgaard frequently collaborates with directors Martin Asphaug, Bent Hamer and Hans Petter Moland. He was educated at the Central Academy in London. His awards include the Aamot-statuet in 1990, a Guldbagge Award in 1999 for *The Glass-blower's Children* and the Bronze Frog at Camerimage in 2000 for *Aberdeen*.
