Phillip Brock is an American actor and producer. Born on 25 December 1953 in Santa Monica, California, he began performing as a child and has appeared in films and television series from the 1980s onwards. His credits include *American Ninja* (1985), *River's Edge* (1986), *Highlander II: The Quickening* (1991) as the Cabbie (credited as Phil Brock), *Cheaper by the Dozen 2* (2005) and *Enough Said* (2013).

Brock has also worked in talent management. He founded the Studio Talent Group in Santa Monica in 1994 and served as executive producer on the series *Brock on Your Block* (2015–2020). He is a member of SAG-AFTRA and a former president of the Talent Managers Association.
