Phillip Kwok Chui, also credited as Phillip Chung-Fung Kwok, Kwok Chun-Fung and Kuo Jan-Feng, is a Taiwanese actor, martial artist and stuntman based in Hong Kong. Born on 21 October 1951 in Taipei, he began his career as a circus acrobat and Peking Opera performer before working as a stuntman and taking leading roles.

He rose to prominence as a member of the Venom Mob, appearing in numerous Shaw Brothers Studio martial arts films in the 1970s and 1980s. Notable credits include *The Five Venoms* (1978), *Crippled Avengers* (1978), *Kid with the Golden Arm* (1979) and *Master of the Flying Guillotine* (1976). He played Mad Dog in John Woo's *Hard Boiled* (1992) and General Chang in *Tomorrow Never Dies* (1997).

Kwok has also worked extensively as an action director and stunt coordinator on films including *Hard Boiled*, *The Phantom Lover* (1995) and *Brotherhood of the Wolf* (2001).
