Phoebe Platman is a British production designer working in film and television. She studied Film Production at the University of the Creative Arts and began her career on low-budget short films.

Her credits include production design on the feature *Pretty Red Dress* (2022), the BBC Three series *Grime Kids* (2023), the Paramount+ series *Curfew* (2024), and the feature *Wasteman* (2025). She has also worked as an art director on *A Guide to Second Date Sex* (2019). In 2024 she was named a Broadcast Hotshot.
