Piers McGrail is an Irish cinematographer. He is a member of the Irish Society of Cinematographers and is represented by LUX Artists.

His credits include director of photography on the features *The Canal* (2014), *Without Name* (2016), *Never Grow Old* (2019), *We Have Always Lived in the Castle* (2019), *Ordinary Love* (2019), *Calm with Horses* (2020), *Son* (2021) and *It Is in Us All* (2022). He worked on the BBC miniseries *Giri/Haji* (2019) and the series *Bodkin* (2024).

McGrail has received IFTA nominations for cinematography and won the award for *It Is in Us All*.
