Pilar Castro Parrilla is a Spanish actress. She was born on 12 October 1970 in Madrid. She began her career as a dancer, appearing on the Televisión Española programme *Aplauso*, before training at the acting school run by Cristina Rota.

Castro has worked in film, television and theatre. Her film credits include *Gordos* (2009), for which she received a Goya Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress, *Julieta* (2016) as Claudia, *Ventajas de viajar en tren* (2019), *Competencia oficial* (2021) and *Cerdita* (2022). On television she has appeared in series such as *Al salir de clase* (2000–2001), *Vivir sin permiso* (2018–2020) and the *Through My Window* films (2022–2024) as Tere.
