## Biography

Ping Zong (also credited as Zong Ping or 宗平) is a Chinese actor from Beijing. He graduated from the People's Liberation Army Academy of Art and is a national first-class actor affiliated with the National Theatre of China. He is a member of the Chinese Dramatists Association, the Chinese Television Artists Association, the Chinese Film Artists Association and the Chinese Film Performing Arts Society.

He played Chen Shusheng in Tian Zhuangzhuang's *The Blue Kite* (1993). Other film credits include *Peacock* (2005), in which he portrayed a Chinese teacher, and *Red Corner* (1997).
