Priscilla Barnes is an American actress. She is best known for playing Terri Alden in the ABC sitcom *Three's Company* from 1981 to 1984.

Barnes began her career with guest roles in 1970s television series including *Starsky & Hutch* (1978), *The Rockford Files* (1977) and *Kojak* (1978), where she appeared as Sally Addison / Vicki Addison. She has also appeared in films such as *Licence to Kill* (1989), *Mallrats* (1995) and *The Devil's Rejects* (2005), and played Magda in the series *Jane the Virgin* (2014–2019).
