Priscilla Nedd-Friendly is an American film editor. Born in 1955, she began her career in the late 1970s as an assistant and associate editor on films including *American Gigolo* (1980), *Urban Cowboy* (1980) and *An Officer and a Gentleman* (1982). Her first solo editing credit was *Eddie and the Cruisers* (1983).

She has edited numerous feature films, often in collaboration with directors such as Garry Marshall on *The Flamingo Kid* (1984) and *Pretty Woman* (1990). Her other credits include *American Pie* (1999), *27 Dresses* (2008), *The Proposal* (2009) and *Love Hard* (2021). She is married to film producer David T. Friendly.
