Rachel Goldberg is an American film and television director and writer. She has directed episodes of series including *Veronica Mars* (2004), *American Horror Story* (2017), *The Sinner* (2017), *American Gods* (2017), *Cloak & Dagger* (2018), *Mayans M.C.* (2018), *Raising Dion* (2019), *Resident Evil* (2022), *A Friend of the Family* (2022), *Gen V* (2023) and *Agatha All Along* (2024).

Goldberg earned an MFA in directing for film and theatre from the California Institute of the Arts and a BA in theatre and psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Her short film work includes *Muted* (2014), which sold to HBO, and *Neighbors* (2012). She has been supported by programmes including the AFI Directing Workshop for Women and the Sundance/Women in Film Financing Initiative, and was named on the Alice Initiative List of emerging female directors in 2020.
