Rachna Fruchbom is a writer and producer. She wrote episodes of *Parks and Recreation* (2014–2015) and later served as writer and producer on *Fresh Off the Boat* (2015–2020). She has written for and held executive producer roles on *Shrinking* (2023–).

Fruchbom has also written episodes of *And Just Like That…* (2021–2022) and *Santa Inc.* (2021). She has received Emmy nominations, including for Outstanding Comedy Series for *Shrinking*. Before her television career she worked in tech and obtained an MBA.
