Racquel Palmer is an American actress, also credited as Racquel Bailey or Raquel Bailey. She studied theatre at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

In 2012 she placed a billboard in Atlanta to attract the attention of Tyler Perry. Palmer played Ciara in the 2016 HBO miniseries *The Night Of*. Subsequent television roles include Christine Depriest in *FBI* (2018), Blue in *All the Queen's Men* (2021–), and Angela Bridwell in *East New York* (2022). She has also produced and written short films.
