## Biography

Rael Jones is an English composer and multi-instrumentalist. He graduated from the Tonmeister course in Music and Sound Recording at the University of Surrey in 2004.

He is known for his scores for the films *Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris* (2022), *My Cousin Rachel* (2017) and *Suite Française* (2014), and the television series *Harlots* (2017–2019) and *My Lady Jane* (2024). He composed the music for the 2025 BBC series *This City Is Ours*.

Jones has worked as a music editor and programmer on films including *Steve Jobs* (2015) and *Le Week-End* (2013), and collaborated with director Mat Whitecross on the documentaries *Oasis: Supersonic* (2016) and *Coldplay: A Head Full of Dreams* (2018). He has received Primetime Emmy nominations and a Golden Reel Award.
